Coach Crosby dreamt of owning is own Training Centre for decades. He received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Limestone College in South Carolina, while playing baseball on scholarship. Returning to Canada he has trained clients all over Ontario, including the Ontario Blue Jays. He has over 20 years of Personal Training experience and is currently a CrossFit L1 and L2 certified Coach. Coach Crosby is also an avid CrossFit Masters Competitor, competing in every competition he can.
Coach Crosby met Martine as her first CrossFit coach and they connected on their obsession with the sport. In 2018 they finally realized their Dream and opened "Fat Bottom CrossFit" in Pickering, Ontario.
Although "Fat Bottom CrossFit" was closed due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, they were determined not to let that stop them. Changes have been made but what will always remain the same is the quality and type of training as well their commitment to their members fitness and health.
