These are mandatory sessions required before entering the regular classes.
(May not be needed if proof of previous Training is presented)
They are necessary to ensure you are doing the movements safely, as well as give you some confidence before entering the regular classes. In each foundations class you will learn new skills as well complete a WOD (“Workout of the day”) scaled to your fitness and skill level.
1 hour a week to focus on the 2 Olympic Lifts: The Clean & Jerk and the Snatch. We will break down the movements and work on accessory movements to assist in each lift.
These are our regular scheduled group classes. They are 1 hour long. These classes include strength, skill and daily WOD (workout of the day)
With the Unlimited Membership you are able to come to as many Classes as you like.
These are regular group classes, focusing on teaching new skills and strengthening our younger athletes. They are 1 hour long and include a Workout. These are geared to be fun as well as educational. We stress the importance of HEALTH and FITNESS rather than body image and appearances.
Classes designed to assist athletes in focusing on strength and building muscle.
There is no WOD, but you will leave this class drained!
Baby & Me
These are 60 minute classes meant to get Mom (or Dad) out of the house and moving! They move at a slower pace than a regular CrossFit class, and are safe for new moms! We encourage you to bring Baby with you and keep them close as you take care of your own health. We understand that everyone's bodies heal differently and at different speeds!
These classes are only for those with the "BABY & ME" Membership
Open to Moms and Dads on Maternity or Paternity leave.
