Olympic Lifting

These classes are offered once a week, they are 90 minutes in length.

Each class include practice on the 2 Olympic Lifts: Snatch and Clean & Jerk. As well as accessory movements to aid in these lifts.

Functional Fitness

These are our regular scheduled group classes. They are 1 hour long. These classes include strength, skill and daily metcon  (workout of the day)

With the Unlimited Membership you are able to come to as many Classes as you like.

Intro Sessions

These are highly recommended for new members. 

 

They are necessary to ensure you are doing the movements safely, as well as give you some confidence when entering the regular classes. In each technical class you will learn new skills (barbell or gymnastics).

Open Gym

Open Gym hours are for members to come in and do their own workout without instruction. 

All equipment is available and a workout can be provided if asked.
