Technical
Introductory

These are highly recommended for new members. 

 

They are necessary to ensure you are doing the movements safely, as well as give you some confidence before entering the regular classes. In each technical class you will learn new skills (barbell or gymnastics).

Functional Fitness

These are our regular scheduled group classes. They are 1 hour long. These classes include strength, skill and daily WOD (workout of the day)

With the Unlimited Membership you are able to come to as many Classes as you like.

KidFit

These are regular group classes, focusing on teaching new skills and strengthening our younger athletes. They are 1 hour long and include a Workout. These are geared to be fun as well as educational. We stress the importance of HEALTH and FITNESS rather than body image and appearances.

Open Gym

Open Gym hours are for members to come in and do their own workout without instruction. 

All equipment is available and a workout can be provided if asked.
