Movement Standards

Unsure of which division to sign up for? ​ Scaled is meant for those looking to get their feet wet in the competition world. They have not perfected their skills yet but want to have fun with a grou0p of like minded individuals!  Recreational is for athletes who are competent in their skills and may have experience in competing but cannot handle the heavy weights of "competitive".  ​ Competitive is the Old School RX division, all the normal RX weights and movement standards. If you are confident in your movements and can handle the heavier weights (for reps) then this is for you!  ​
